Where does my customers' money go?
Straight to you. The courier pays you cash on delivery, and bKash and Nagad payments go into your own merchant account. We never hold your customers' money.
What if I don't have a bKash merchant account?
Start with cash on delivery, which works from day one. When you open a merchant account later, connect it to your shop and online payments switch on.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Depending on your plan, we make design changes every month. For a brand-new design made only for you, take the custom design add-on.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your shop starts on an address like tantghor.stallnow.com. If you own a domain, we connect it on any plan, and on Growth and Pro we buy you a .com domain for free.
How do couriers work?
Connect your own Steadfast or Pathao account to your shop and orders go to the courier with one tap, with the parcel status updating by itself.
Can I run everything from my phone?
Yes. Orders, products, customers, couriers and bills: every page of the dashboard is built for a phone. It works on a computer too.
Is there a setup fee or a commission on sales?
Neither. Setting up and launching your shop costs nothing extra, and we take nothing from your sales: you pay only for your plan.
What happens if I stop my plan?
Stop whenever you like; the shop closes when the time you paid for ends. Before that, you can download all of your shop's data.
How do I get help?
Message us on WhatsApp. Depending on your plan, we reply within 24 hours or on the same day.
Shall we start on your shop today?
Send us your page name and what you sell on WhatsApp, and we'll tell you the rest.
- We reply every day from 10 am to 10 pm, Fridays included. Message us after 10 pm and we'll answer the next morning.
